hey there!

I’m Crystal.

A few years ago, I hit a point where everything felt… off. My daughter was growing up, I was moving through midlife, and I started questioning everything. Who was I underneath all the labels I had put on myself? My roles as a mom, a yoga teacher, an entrepreneur—without those, did I even know who I was? My life felt like it had no real meaning beyond what I was constantly doing.

I realized I was looking outside myself for validation, looking to others to tell me my life had value - but that only left me feeling emptier. I knew I had to stop chasing approval and instead turn inward. I needed to step away from the noise, slow down, and figure out what actually made me feel alive.

Through this journey—navigating midlife shifts, life on my organic farm, and deepening my somatic and mindful practices—I’ve discovered simple ways to reconnect with myself, nature, and what truly matters. It hasn’t been about fixing myself, but about learning to be present, finding meaning in small moments, and creating a life that feels deeply aligned.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned—through local gatherings, retreats, and intentional living practices—so you, too, can slow down, find more meaning, and feel at home in your life again.

My Philosophy

I believe in slowing down, tuning in, and making small, meaningful shifts that bring more ease and connection into everyday life. Instead of chasing perfection or curating a picture-perfect life for social media, I focus on simple practices that make life feel beautiful and meaningful for me.

Shift toward a way of living that feels good—not just one that looks good on the outside.

Find Meaning Beyond the Labels

I don’t believe in quick fixes or a one-size-fits-all path to a meaningful life. Instead, I’ve learned that real change happens through slowing down, tuning in, and making small, intentional shifts that build over time.

For me, this meant navigating midlife transitions, facing the unsettling question of Who am I beyond the roles I’ve played?, and letting go of the pressure to make my life look perfect. I stopped curating my life for social media and started creating a life that felt good for me. Through mindful movement, nature, and simple daily rituals, I found my way back to what truly matters.

This isn’t about achieving some ideal version of life. It’s about being present for the one you have—right here, right now.

True transformation starts in the body. When we slow down, regulate our nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves, we create space for more meaning, ease, and presence in our lives. Whether through mindful movement, nervous system regulation, or simple daily rituals, I’d love to share this journey with you.
